All applications from prospective Erasmus+ Students are administered by the International Exchange Office at the Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts Łódź (ASP). Your home institution sends your nomination to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. no later than April 30, winter semester or whole year and October 15, spring semester. Your application must reach us no later than May 31, for winter semester or whole year, and no later than November 15, spring semester.

If you wish to apply to the ASP as an Erasmus+ student, you must submit  the following documents:

  • Application form (download the file, fill it in and sign, signature of home institution representative obligatory, send a scan of the document to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
  • Confirmation of language level (send a scan of a language certificate or download the file and ask for signature of your home institution representative, send your document to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
  • Portfolio - prepare one pdf file (you may add more files in other format if you want to present animations/films), contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for instruction how to deliver your files 
  • Support scheme for students with special needs - in the case of incoming exchange students with special needs all such needs should be reported to the Rector's Proxy for the Disabled before the application process begins: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The Proxy will consider each case individually and will propose a special support scheme. If the scheme is sufficient for the student to successfully complete the mobility, the scheme should be attached to the documents provided in the application procedure.

  • To apply for a study at the ASP firstly you must succeed in the selection procedure at your home university.
  • Your Erasmus Coordinator must inform the ASP's Erasmus Coordinator about this fact.
  • You must send all the required application documents according to the application procedure. By sending the application documents the applicant confirms that he/she knows and understands the exchange programme regulations.
  • If all above mentioned documents reach us on time and you will succeed in the selection procedure, the ASP’s International Exchange Office will ask you to prepare your Learning Agreement Before the Mobility and once the document is accepted by all the three parties you will be sent your Acceptance Letter. Please note that ASP reserves the right to reject candidates on the grounds of incorrect submission of required document (form and deadline), standard of portfolio and availability of places.
  • You can contact the ASP’s International Exchange Office if you have any questions related to your stay in our city (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
  • You come to Łódź and enjoy your stay at the ASP.
  • You have to inform the International Exchange Office about the day of your departure in advance (at least two weeks earlier) so your documents can prepared before you leave. In order to receive the final documents Erasmus+ students have to deliver the following documents to the International Exchange Office (Exams Results – provided by the office before the exams and Student clearance slip). The recognition of your mobility achievements will be documented in the final documents (courses, marks, ECTS). The final documents will contain the information about the course (either semester or whole academic year), local marks, number of ECTS points and guidelines on the method of transferring them to your home institution’s grading system.
